RC Formula1 aims to promote F1 RC racing at every opportunity. In addition to the content of this website there are a number of specific initiatives we undertake:

F1 Setup Workshop

We are keen to support clubs / individuals in running setup workshops for the local F1 community. Here is a format that has worked well for us but feel free to amend it as needed:

• 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon to avoid club days and sport commitments
• we provide a Setup Handout document for printing and distribution on the day
• we will mail to you tyres that can be loaned to participants for the duration of the workshop so that they can try different tyres. To be mailed back promptly following the workshop
• we will be available on Skype to answer technical questions during the workshop (mutually suitable timing to be agreed)
• we suggest that at the end of the workshop a single race is run so that everyone can see how their car has improved. We take the fastest lap for each driver from the practice session to determine qualifying and run a single 6-10 min race at the end
• we ask that you send us photos and a couple of paragraphs about the day for the news section of this website
